I happen to remember the times in which ordinary pop songs carried behind slightly larger message than those with which we are dealing today. Well, that once in a while there is a song, such as Pretty Little Villains – song based on a catchy, simple pop melodies, but with a text that is about something.
The author of the song is ARI – Canadian singer, who is preparing to do just release their debut EP, entitled Tunnel Vision . Pretty Little Villains is the first song EP promising. According to the same ARI, to write a song inspired her unpleasant events of its surroundings – a few blocks from her home, a week involuntarily detained was a 14-year-old girl. ARI thoughts on the subject led to the described track events – a hymn to all those who have suffered human hatred for yourself. I must add, that pretty good sounding anthem.
